The Countess Dracula (Sylvia Krystal) secretly arrives at The Hollywood Wax Museum in an additional, unordered crate of Romanian antiques. Alone in the dark of his apartment above the wax museum, the proprietor, Raymond Everett (Lenny Von Dohlen) is shocked by the Countess's approach. She destroys a framed photo of his girlfriend Jenny (Rachel Jones) and claims Raymond as her own before drinking his blood. This begins her bloody rampage.

Enslaved, Raymond is incapable of causing harm to the vampire. His life is changed; he's seen as a suspect for the Countess's murders, his relationship with Jenny is threatened, and he slowly begins to feel the effect of his transformation into a vampire.

Pressured by those higher in command, Detective Lannon (Josef Sommer) demands a search warrant for the Hollywood House of Wax. However, when he arrives another has already arrested Raymond.

Vanessa wakes and calls out to Raymond, who is nearing the final stage of his transformation. With Jenny's life at risk, will Raymond fight or succumb to his captor?
