The Chinese Viewing Pavilion - Boarshead Theatre

The Chinese Viewing Pavilion stage script is sadly not available for the general public. The following is all I have been able to find after extensive searching. Negative reviews are included due to a lack of information. 

From what I understand, the play involves a small group of college friends who gather at a farmhouse belonging to the parents of a young man named Richard (Lenny Von Dohlen). As the friends discuss their lives, they are plagued by an elderly landowner named Reinclaud who seems to have an unsettling attraction to Richard. The friends' lives lead in different directions.
